NLHA Educational Fund (Apply Now!)

The NLHA Educational Fund was established for the purpose of awarding education grants and scholarships to low income individuals residing in federally assisted rental housing. There are currently four scholarships being offered, one in recognition of one of the nation’s largest affordable rental housing providers and three in memory of dedicated housing professionals and active NLHA members:

  • The AIMCO Cares Scholarship
  • The William F. Gandert Memorial Scholarship
  • The Mary Lou Manzie Memorial Scholarship
  • The Neil Churchill Memorial Scholarship

Students must decide on one of these scholarships when submitting their application. Links to the applications and further information regarding the NLHA Educational Fund can be found here:
