The Emergency Rental Assistance Program (ERAP)

The NYS Office of Temporary and Disability Assistance will begin accepting applications on June 1st, 2021 for the Emergency Rental Assistance Program (ERAP), which will provide significant economic relief to help low and moderate-income households at risk of experiencing homelessness or housing insecurities.
