Lakeview Waitlist Update: 12-16-2020

The waiting list for Lakeview Apartments has officially been closed as of 12/16/2020. The lottery for all eligible applications will be held on 12/17/2020 at the Metropolitan Realty Group office in Great Neck, NY. Please note that any incomplete (defined as those missing pages and/or information such as income, SSNs, etc.) applications will automatically be rejected. All applicants will be notified in writing of their place on the waitlist and/or denial after the lottery.
